Try setting Program 3 to APL. It may be that your utility is not stable enough for the Axpert. I had the same problem with my generator and setting my Axpert to Appliance mode solved this. Let me know if you don't come right.

Hi there. Thanks let me drop this to 5 posts.

      Thanks

      Jay

  4. Coulomb i hope you well with your vast experience with the Axpert error code 06 overvoltage /abnormal voltage what causes it and how can i reset it

  5. thank you so much for the help but unfortunately i have to reach 15 posts for me to see them . so i will have to post more.
  6. hie Mark could you shed more light if you can on an error code 06 the causes of high voltage and how you can rectify it i would be grateful for your help.

  7. Coulomb thank you a lot how possibly can i get the schematic diagram or better still a comprehensive service maual
  8. im after a comprehensive service manual for a Axpert 5kva inverter im trying to understand causes of error code 09 i have a lot of axpert inverters coming my way with the same error code. the MOSFETS and IGBJT at times are all violently blown. please help me.

I have had my PC fail so my accumulated manuals etc is not available at the moment. As soon as I have it sorted out I will forward them. MOSFETS on the DC side can be due to capacitors failing they are rated at 2000 hrs at 105°C. The MOSFETS themselves are only rated at 75V.

The only machine I have had the opportunity to look into where both the MOSFETS and IGBTs were blown was struck by lighting.
