Main firmware for Axpert King 5 kW version 71.92. Use with remote panel firmware version 02.40 or later. This combination has support for several lithium batteries with BMS (including Pylontech, Weco, Soltaro, and Hubble via the Lib protocol). 

Axpert protocol manual describing commands such as QPIGS and their responses. Infinis and some odd Axpert models may not conform exactly to this document. Newer changes in blue and red.

Remote panel (display/MCU/BMS) firmware for Axpert King 5 kW. Use with main firmware version 71.92. It implements support for various lithium batteries with BMS.

This is now obsoleted by remote display firmware version 02.49.

Please Note;
This is not an owners manual or an installation manual. It is pitched at readers with good basic electrical knowledge who need to troubleshoot or fault-find an Axpert Inverter.
 
This manual is for Axpert MKS 4KVA-5KVA series, it can help service personal perform the basic maintenance and repair service.
This manual focus on the service, so you should get the basic operation of the Inverter/Charger from the user manual, and make sure you had read and understood user manual before you use this service manual.
The manual include 8 sections, as follows
General Information, this section show you the general information of the service manual Functional Block, this section show you the major functional block of the Inverter/Charger Working Principle of the major Functional Block, this section show you the major functional block Function explanations for each PCB, this section show you all the PCBs of the Inverter/Charger Interface, this section show you the LCD interface, include display and setting Trouble shooting, this section will give you the way to find the trouble Test step ,this section tell you how to test the Inverter/Charger after you repair the unit Electric Specifications, this section show you the basic electric specification of the Inverter/Charger  

This is the main (U1) firmware for the Axpert King. It seems to have better support for PylonTech batteries than 71.80 or earlier main firmware versions.
It came with Display firmware (U2) version 02.00; I now believe that it is important to install that first.
Do not use with clones, only with genuine Voltronic Power manufactured machines. Otherwise, fault F90 is likely after a couple of months of runtime.

This remote panel reflash (U2) version 2.00 some may need it when updating your main firmware .

Usually the firmware update archives (RAR or zip files) have instructions inside them on how to update. The Axpert King 71.86 main firmware does not, so I've added this install guide separately.

It makes no sense to download this software without the necessary hardware. Surely very few will use it.
The screen images correspond to the last revision, adding certain functionalities to the one shown in the YouTube video, such as Registration in Database with duration of 7 days, auto start, auto rec and for those who do not have a temperature sensor, but if they control the midpoint voltage, I added the corresponding data extracted from the BMV. Relay Status and Alarms also added.
On the Eastron connected to the GRID side, Reactive Energy is added, which is interesting to compare with the Active Energy values for certain circumstances.

Hi All. I'm a solar rookie and we have an old flat panel solar on the roof. From my brief research it looks like it might not be piped correctly to work well? Please advise. Thanks so much Rowan

Infini-Solar3kW protocol manual. I don't know which models use this. It's an Axpert-like protocol, but with extra commands to access hybrid information.

Infini-Solar 5kW P17 protocol manual. This is an older protocol than protocol P18. Note how the length field (three digits after ^T) seems to be different to that of the P18 protocol.

RS232 command protocol P18 for the 5kW Infini-Solar inverter (MPP Hybrid V 5048). Quite different to the P17 protocol.

Just a few things to remember when installing a Ziehl 
 

Some Diagrams/images for use in Visio to map out a Victron based off grid/hybrid solution,
Include some Buss bar, Solar panels and PylonTech Lithium batteries.

Simplistic way of setting up the Victron ESS software for us newbies.
Any suggestion, changes, lets add them and re-upload them here.
 

This is for 1-3 kVA 24 V Axpert/PIP models only. There are some schematics, PCB part numbers, part numbers, some measurements and troubleshooting.
I'm pretty sure I obtained this file from this forum some time ago.

This is a document we "lost" and now have found.
We can keep on updating it.

These files are not my work, the person who created them, gave them out for free.
All credit goes to him.
They take just about everything into account, from the load to the age of batteries, solar radiation, the works.
One is just batteries, the other one is batteries with panels.
Just a hint: You won't like the results. :-)
