Good Day Coulomb, I have 3 Infini 10kw 3phase inverters in parrallel. One started displaying an error code 90 and stopped working. My research shows that it might be a firmware problem and it has to do with the serial nrs of the unit. The specific unit was with Mustek 4 times already for repairs and every time it has to be returned to be "fixed". After a short period of time its the same problem again.
Any Idea to fix it?
Your assistance is highly appreciated.

I don't know the Infinis well, but with Axperts, one of only two ways to fix it properly is with a serial number updating program. That's assuming that your machine is not a clone. You need to get this from your supplier, presumably Mustek. They have to be generated by the factory engineers, and are unique to each serial number.
The other is with a new control board, which contains the bootstrap loader and the eeprom. That new board also needs to have its serial number properly set, otherwise you could end up with the same problem in 60 days of operation. All too often, control boards come from the factory without the serial number set properly.
The above is assuming that fault code 90 means the same thing as it does in Axperts, i.e. clone detected: annoy the owner by refusing operation.

Hi Coulomb, Thank you very much for your response and assistance. I'm suspecting the same thing, that is that the main board was replaced at a cost and the algorithm wasn't set. Its the 4th time that it has to go in for the same error with the same result. works for a while and then....code 90. it is a genuine Infini as it was purchased from Mustek. Thanks once again.
