4 pcs of 12 pcs mosfets are shortcircuited. But the inverter is new..dont know why... The gate drivers are ok...all the other circuits seems to be ok. I will change all the mosfets and see what s happening.

Hi all. I have an inverter 11kw Anenji HHS with a problem on battery side. Is new, never installed, when i try to install the battery, the bms show alarm, short circuit. I cant precharge the battery capacitors, and i measured the battery bolts on inverter and is short circuit. Otherwise the inverter works well on Grid and PV, no alarm, only cant see the battery. Pls help me with a electric diagram to find the problem. Thanks

I connected them on parallel. Works well, 50%-50%...different firmware.

Thanks a lot. I have 2 questions. What can happen if i flash the 78.09 on an inverter that comes with 78.07 oem.? I have an inverter with 78.07 and another with 78.09, can i paralelize them to work in parallel? Will work good or will have problems of syncronizing?

@Coulomb hi again. Can modify this 78.08 derate 450v to be parched with 90v block with 200v too? Like 278.07. Thanks a lot. I have a problem with the new pcs of 11kw twin, dont works only with 78.08.

@Coulomb @kuba.cz Hi. I have a problem with a 11kw inverter twin, comes with 78.08 oem firmware, i dont have the modifieded firmware 78.08 without the 90v stuck and derate 460v. I flash the 278.07 on it, and i have a problem with the voltage of battery, it drops when goes under 55v, it have 51v, even real is 54.5v and the inverter lost the serial, has 535555353. I reflashed the oem.78.08 and all is ok. Now i please u, can help me with modify the 78.08 with unblock the 90v and serate 460v ? Exactly like 278.07 that made for me? MAXE11K_TWIN_DSP_78.08.7z

I made some tests, and at 130A cherging, all is ok, general temp is under 40C, and the bus voltage is 455V, only the chopper on mppt board is a little bit hot 45C. The ambiental temp is 18°C. And if i limit the charging i saw that the bus voltage is 475V cause the voltage of pv is bigger.

I can try to set the cherging power to 100A-110A-120A to test? And watch and verify the bus voltage to be under what voltage? This is the single problem? The bus voltage not to go to the upper limit ? Now i.have 475v the bigger ever.

Thanks a lot i have 3 pack of lfp 280ah..its enough. But im working on 18S not 16S, and now i charge to 62v, all is ok now. Do.u think if i will charge at same voltage 62v but with 150A will be too much for inverter ? Too much power and i can deffect it or it doesnt matter ?

Hi @Coulomb, for max 11kw twin, u done to me 278.07 for the 90v problem, to 200v mppt. Can modify that firmware without derating pls ?

This patch have the modification of the 90v stuck ? @coulomb can modify this patch with derate to not block at 90v, for 200v minimum voltage on twice mppts ???

What do u think about the quality of this inverter? Is better than the old one 11k twin ? I installer 3 pcs, it seems be a little less.noisy, more eficient on dc side, and the cooling is better. I dont know the tehnical part

I use it offfrid, dont have Ac In, pv voltage all the time >360v, do.u think i can try the disabled derating option ? I can burn Something? Inverter...ot battery...?

Toate 11kw si 8kw voltronic au aceasta limitare. Le am testat pe toate. For me its not problem for battery, i have 60kwh LFP, almost 1000Ah, then can charge with maximum power.

Ok. Then its safe to disable the derating options or not?

Logicaly if i charge with more amps, the voltage of pv goes down right ? More amps less voltage, then the dc bus voltage goes down not up...is not working like this ?

Yes, in full light of sun, i have 475v on dc bus voltage, cause i have 2 strings of 450v each. And i have battery on 60v pack, 18s. I think it have enough force and resources to keep the dc bus voltage up enough.

My inverter stays all the time under 50°C, cause i have an AC behind it, that works all the time, verified on Solar Assistant. I think all will be ok, only if we will test it will know all is safe. U have other things in mind that u think can make problems if disable that derating???

Hi. Can u modify your firmware 278.07 for max 11k twin to be without derating ? U modified for me last year for the 90v stuck..and now if can charge with max ampers...will be super.
