I have heard that Altergrid is in the process of ordering a set of brackets and busbars. You can print them your self if you want , STP file provided here http://www.cleverbms.com/list_11/89.html

For those who have the Svolt blades cells Altergrid now has the brackets  and busbars to but it all together very nicely .  see https://altergrid.co.za/product/middle-bracket-for-svolt-184ah-cell/

My cells are still sitting in their boxes, waiting for the busbars and clips to arrive. I'd like to try and build an enclosure from MDF and wall mount my batteries once complete.
Will start with measurements once the busbars and clips arrive, then get the wood cut and start assembling.

I will try take pics and post them. Keen to see what others have done for some more ideas.

I would get some copper flatbar. Cut to length and drill. Then have them nickel plated.

These cells need very little top balancing - they are all within 1% is capacity and initial charge . I would just charge them all in series with your BMS and let the BMS top balance it if you have a BMS with decent balancing current

Been continuing testing these cells and one day after the cold spell it got down to 11 deg in my testroom and capacity therefore measureed 3 AH lower than the previous. HAve now rigged a heater to keep the cells at around 25 deg and the change is remarkable - capacity are all now about spec at around 186-188AH ( to 2.5 V ) rated spec is actually down to 2.0V

To expensive. I ordered from lithium-cells.co.za shipped out the same day. Eve 230Ah all tested 232/233
I'm waiting for their next stock to buy more. They said in a few weeks.

Just get a BMS with active balancing and forget about top balancing. Just connect up and charge.

The cells come at around 30% soc - so now you have a 3.2 V 1840 Ah battery - so you need to charge it with around 1288 AH. So if you have a 10 A charger it will take around 5 days  with no BMS protection so you have to be there all the time . BEst to wire it up as an 8S battery , charge it with BMS . Moderns BMS's now have high balancing current so usually no need to parallel up , let BMS do the balancing - starts at say 3.4 V/cell , then 3.45V - 3.50V . No need to go over 3.5

This system was installed at my sisters place  by a large solar company as an offgrid system. They could not get this unit to work reliably - kept on having brownouts approx once or twice a day .  Even contacted China only to be told later this is not designed as an offgrid system. Installation manual explicitly states "that its not an offgrid system" , even though the glossy brouchre says it can work offgrid. Unit was removed and replace with SunSynk. now all is OK

I never indicated it should be at 100 % , best to keep it around 50-70% SOC for for good lifetime , however most most charging algorithiums cannot let go of of the past lead acid algorithms

This would be pretty normal. I have not seen a Freq below 49.7 or over 50.3Hz. This grid as a whole is pretty stable.
I doubt that you will ever see 49 or 51Hz.

If I had to guess, the two batteries have (vastly) different internal resistence, the one with the lower internal resistance will discharge quicker compared to the other as it would be supplying most of the initial load.  As the one with the lower resistence reaches its cut off SOC the other battery should slowly start catching up.
Easy way to check is to draw a very small load from the batteries and monitor if both are actually discharging.
Either that or faulty /incorrect connection
