  1. Missing battery data on Sunsynk pc browser

    Alastair L posted a topic in Inverters
    SYNK-IP65-BATTERY 5.12kWh and 3.6KW HYBRID INVERTER. A data cable is connected between PCS terminal on the single battery and CAN port on the inverter. Battery data is displayed on Inverter Li BMS screen as shown below. However when I try and download the battery data using the web browser screen on a pc, input the Inverter SN, select the 'Battery' dropdown under 'Operation Data', the browser just reports 'fail'. Any idea how I can download the battery data? thanks

    I'm struggling to find how to set up the inverter correctly. Any assistance would be much appreciated. I simply want to - minimise grid input, so use the battery down to 25% SOC whenever house usage is greater than solar output - import when solar and battery can not cope, but only for house usage - not to to charge the battery - export excess to the grid when the battery is fully charged (as I get paid for this). Is there a way I can set up the system to achieve these requirements? Thanks
