Flickering lights when Inverter switches mode
I get flickering on some lights when it switches from solar priority to Grid. SO at sunset it flickers as it jumps between grid and the last of the sunshine. I personally do not like flickering. One LCD monitor flickers, but nothing else. I just hear the clicking.

2 Strings and a Change over switch for small inverter
I dont know if this theory will work, so let me run it by the pros. I get good sun on my 3 460-watt panels from 8 am to 2 Pm, then the sun starts to go behind the panels. The problem is my inverter max input is 140 V and 1500 Watts, so adding more panels in a different location is a no go. I was thinking add another 3 solar panels in parallel and having a changeover switch between them. Then at 2 PM, I can just switch over to the 3 panels on the side of the house that catch the post-2 PM solar? Even better,r have a smart switch to do it for me.

Solar priority vs SBU
I am using a Navasolar and my friend is using a Musk , and both of these 3K inverters (along with many) have this setting.

Why is this screen showing nothing? No Watts no Kwh?
Found the solution, it takes time when on solar all day to build up a map.

Configuration for a MUST Inverter
neiher does mine, mine is a Navasolar 3kw, but PV priority seems to be a sub. The problem is when PV is low it uses battery ( I am sure of it). Then when solar vanishes you hear the A/C kick on and go crazy charging back up the batteries.

What is the Maximum Solar panel config for my 3Kw
I am new, and already purchased one panel specs: The specs of my Navasolar inverter are: On their website the maximum wattage is Solar Charger Maximum PV Array Power : 1500W MPPT Range @ Operating Voltage : 30~115VDCVDC Maximum PV Array Open Circuit Voltage : 145VDC Maximum Solar Charge Current : 60A Maximum AC Charge Current :60A Maximum Charge Current : 60Aor Also, as I am new, when there is no loadshedding is any of the excess solar (assuming batteries are full) supplied to the loads I have on it?

Solar panels - SPD, sure, fuses or DC breaker, hmm...
yeah I am wondering also.

Why is this screen showing nothing? No Watts no Kwh?
Thanks, The reading was when I briefly had it on load. I think today it was almost 40v. and the battery is full. I hope the panels are not crap. I am learning fast that a 5Kw inverter is the way to go as it offers a massive increase in input volts and wattage over 3Kw But most 3kw inverters have specs that are identical to mine. This video helps a lot, seems like my stuff is in order https://youtu.be/5sYi_HFgmSY?si=LWouCCqCmtFx2TdJ

Why is this screen showing nothing? No Watts no Kwh?
So that means the max panels I can put on this inverter are only 2?????????? Because the one panel I have right now is 480Watts. The max on the inverter is 1500Watts and max Voltage 145. I really thought I could put 6 panels.

Why is this screen showing nothing? No Watts no Kwh?
6mm it is 6 M to panels

Why is this screen showing nothing? No Watts no Kwh?
SO is one solar panel even doing anything?

Why is this screen showing nothing? No Watts no Kwh?
I have a 3KW inverter by Navasolar. I am brand new. I have a single 460-watt panel connected in full sun and I can see from the P4 and P5 screens that it generates watts, sometimes they are at 0 and then sometimes at 11 and I have seen them go up to 140w. Not sure why that is. But why is the Pv screen showing now watts and no Watt hr? below is when I disconnected AC Volts is about 36V, panel Machine specs are. For all the videos on YouTube, you would think someone could explain what these universal screens mean.

Sub Panel connected After main DB earth leakage
Hi I am new so dont shout. But My 3Kw inverter is on a sub panel which comes after the Earth leakage from my main DB. I don't have any additional Earth leakage on the Sub panel. Is this okay as the sub panel is protected by the 1 main earth leakage. Or should I power the subpanel before the main EL and then it have its own Earth leakage?
