Need help with managing Generator input into a Mecer 5kVa Sol-1-AX5P.

When Eskom Load Sheds then the Inverter accepts the input from the Generator. (Which is fluctuating voltage ) and damaging electronics.

How do I configure the unit to ignore the Generator input
