not sure if this was covered but how do I safely dispose of low amp 18650 batteries I find in a pack

Laptop batteries most of them are below 1000ma I will donat it to anyone willing to fetch I’m in cape town

I would probably go to a Woolworths and then put them in the battery disposal bin
