Has anyone purchased anything here before ? - Looks like they are based in Bloemfontein.

Just curious because I’m after this battery & they are selling for +- 3K less + free shipping vs any of the other online e-tailor

Their domain was registered:

• 3e. creationdate : 2021/08/30 09:49:32

Did mail them just now asking of they are real but in the current day & age we are living + the stories that you see going around my thoughts with new domains popping up just before x-mas with prices that "looks to good" smells a little funny I.MO.

Well they selling their SunSynk 5.5k under or close to cost, so unless they running a loss xmas deal then be careful.

Calling or emailing does not help to find out if a company is legit.
Rather stick with the suppliers that are well known to the community and if possible get referrals from reliable sources

yep agreed, it sucks getting that little kid feeling when battery shopping and finding deals that looks to good to be true.
Mind you I feel sorry for people who just order & don't do any due diligence.

A question for you @WannabeSolarSparky if you don't mind, if I take the one part of your forum nickname 🙂 you don't happen to assist random DIY folks with CoC`s ?

Unfortunately I am STRICTLY HOBBYIST DIY.
All this solar stuff I do is purely my hobby. I do however gladly share my experiences and like to think I know enough to almost safely do this solar stuff
I am sure if you ask then many of the members may point you to someone who can assist with CoC's
