Posted December 22, 20213 yr Hi Everyone, I hope someone has experience the similar issue, I have installed a MKS-III Kodak 3.6KW - 24V keeps and it cutting Load power for few seconds and then reconnect without any intervention. I'm using 2 x GITER 2.56kWh, 25.6V/100Ah LFP batteries. There is no alarms or any fault of any kind on the Inverter LCD. Please help!!!!
December 30, 20213 yr Strange. Have you checked on the display what load you are drawing when it happens? How frequent does it happen? Does it happen when your solar is at 0 like after sunset? Is it on battery or bypass when it happens?
August 31, 20222 yr I have the same problem with my Kodak 3.24 inverter with 2 x Giter 2500.24 batteries. I picked up that this happens while charging through solar, no load on inverter, or night time using the inverter. Last night I saw on Solar Assistant that before the shutdown happened, the communication between inverter and battery was lost for a couple of minutes and then the shutdown. Error on batteries are BMS communication lost. Sometimes its just the one battery and sometimes both batteries. Load was about 700w on inverter then it dropped to about 400w before the flat line on battery voltage (Solar assistant). How can this be resolved?

It sounds like the batteries might be trying to protect themselves from over charging. Also, what are your bulk and float settings?
