January 21, 20223 yr Author Mine does the same and recently soc is 20% in the morning. Before soc used to be 60 to 70 %.
January 21, 20223 yr This is quite normal, to charge to 100%, then drop back to 99%. Sometimes it will draw a few Watts, and other times it will give a few Watts, this is the battery BMS and inverter communicating and changing battery states between Float, Absorption, and Equalization.
January 22, 20223 yr Author Problem I have is for about 2 weeks now my soc in the morning is 20% and before it use to be 60 to 70 %.. i have a constant draw from 400 to 800w. 3 x hubble 5.5 am2
January 22, 20223 yr Have you maybe changed a time parameter? Also check the battery "Out" wattage on the "Home Screen", does this match up with the used capacity?
January 23, 20223 yr So mine is back to 98% all day. Time screen doesn't affect me as not using Solar at the moment. Really just using it as a big UPS until panels are installed. On the screen with the 6 blocks (SunSynk 5.5Kw), the battery current has 0 AMPS. Is this a problem? Edited January 23, 20223 yr by CapeTown
January 23, 20223 yr Lithium's need to be cycled, unlike lead acid / gel. Do you cycle your batteries every night, or maybe every second night?

Set your SOC on all the timer lines to 80% .You can then untick 'use timer' once a week to fully charge the battery(as per hubble's requirements) and then retick the use timer .

I normally cycle my batteries every second or third night. Depending on how I feel I take them to a SOC of 60% to 30%. I don't like to go too low because the grid in our area is pathetic. Like now, we haven't had power since 10H30, and who knows when its coming back? Thank goodness for a sunny day and batteries at a SOC of 99% now.
January 24, 20223 yr Busy taking battery down to 40% should be there by 10pm. Just tweaked the timers and letting it do it's thing - turned on all lights etc. haha. Lets see. Cant wait to get panels installed so that I Can use battery at night, which at least would cycle it daily.
