Hi All!

First of all thanks for your help all around this forum.

I have just bought a Goodwe inverter, and at the initial install the price was fill as an example...so I wish to reset the total amount to start again.

Someone know how to do it?

Thanks in advance and best regards!

Actually I have the same question. Did you ever find out?

There are various levels of access to SEMS.

SEMS revolves around the concept of a "plant" - a fixed installation built around a Goodwe inverter identified by it's serial number. When a new inverter is installed, the installer registers it on the system, then grants you access. The lifetime stats start at this point.

If you buy a 2nd hand inverter, then that's already registered as part of a plant somewhere, and regular users on SEMS can't do anything about that historic data (except note the date they installed and exclude data prior to that date). Regular users can change very little (I just checked).

Possibly if you have installer access you can do more (I haven't checked).

Try Goodwe support. At a minimum ask them for installer level access. They will want the serial number of your inverter but don't want a lot more details (or they didn't ask me for any more). You will have to create a new email address for the installer access to be attached to, they will not re-use whatever address you currently use. They MOVE the installer access. So whoever originally installed that inverter will not have access to it any longer.
