Can anyone suggest and supply me with contact info for an ECSA registered electrical engineer to sign off on a pV installation - City of Cape Town.

I know this is an old topic, but did you ever get a contact to for an engineer to sign off your PV installation? I am changing my Axpert for a Deye and will require the PV to be signed off for CoCT approval. I see this has been asked a few times but no clear answer on whom one can contact.
