I've purchased a used Solarman Wifi Logger to use on a Sunsynk 8k.

When I try to add the Logger to my Plant on the Solarman Smart App it says something like " Logger already in use on another plant. Please refrain from adding multiple times"

Any idea of how I can get it to work ?

For anyone else who encounters this issue, if the previous owner is unknown, you can also log a support ticket on the Solarman website and they will remove the device from the old account for you (after they've verified it hasn't been in use for some time).

Hi Hyarion, how do you log a support ticket with them?
