Posted February 10, 20223 yr I've purchased a used Solarman Wifi Logger to use on a Sunsynk 8k. When I try to add the Logger to my Plant on the Solarman Smart App it says something like " Logger already in use on another plant. Please refrain from adding multiple times" Any idea of how I can get it to work ?
February 10, 20223 yr i think you need to contact the previous owner . They need to delete the plant they created with that logger.

February 11, 20223 yr For anyone else who encounters this issue, if the previous owner is unknown, you can also log a support ticket on the Solarman website and they will remove the device from the old account for you (after they've verified it hasn't been in use for some time).

February 3, 20232 yr @Samsed, I emailed [email protected] with details of my issue. It did take them a couple of days to reply, but they sorted the issue out.
October 2, 2024Oct 2 Can I buy a new logger stick that is not in use and connect it to my inverter? Or do I have to use the one that comes with the inverter?
