Need to make a decision on between the 

Mecer 5kVA/5kW PF1 64V Charger/ 48V DC MPPT Solar Charger Controller Model: SOL-I-AX-5P64

and

"The SunPays" branded 5.5Kw inverter,

There is plenty user info on the Mercer but not much on the The SunPays unit.  I know this unit cannot be paralleled up , but this does not concern me. And the fans are noisy
