Greetings,

I have a Deye 5K hybrid inverter model SUN-5K-SG03LP1-EU and the lights always dim slightly whenever it goes into island (UPS) mode.

Question: Is there any way to set the output voltage to at least 230Vac instead of the 218Vac that I'm seeing across the load terminals?

The grid voltage in my part of the world is 240Vac and I can't see any option to set the load output voltage to 240V Single Phase in the Grid Setup menu.

My 5K Sunsynk does the same, my cooler fan runs slightly slower, drops a note, and the piezo starter on my stove pulses slightly slower.

I am grateful for the electricity though, and it's not a total disaster, but it is noticeable.

I Don't have the latest software, but I believe the SunSynk output Voltage can now be set. Maybe contact Deye support, as the hardware is the same, and they too might have an updated firmware to adjust the output Voltage soon.

Noted. We can only hope that the manufacturer will one day provide a fix through a firmware update. After all function 08 on Voltronic Power Axpert MKS II 5K-48 did exactly that.

Excellent news. Requesting a firmware update right now. Thanks.
