South African tropical cyclone?

I really, really hope this doesn't happen! But the strange weather patterns we've have had the past couple years makes me think that something like this is imminent. I remember the floods we have in 1984, a bus was swept of one of the main roads close to our current house (we lived elsewhere back then) and swept it right into a dam, about 600m+ away!
