Hendrik Roos Posted May 4, 2022 Posted May 4, 2022 Good day My Hubble batteries does not get charged through my Sunsynk Inverter. According to Hubble there is a communication error between the Inverter and Batteries that they are working on. How do I bypass the inverter to charge the batteries with grid power so I have atleast power during loadshedding? Quote
Jacques Ester Posted May 4, 2022 Posted May 4, 2022 I would think the best would be to remove comms cable and set inverter to user setting for batteries. You just need to use the correct settings. zsde and De0n19 2 Quote
Vaal Posted May 5, 2022 Posted May 5, 2022 (edited) My Sunsynk 5kw with Hubble battery is currently run as a AGM V with float, absorption and equalization V set at 53.3V. This is to make sure the batt V doesn't pass 54v. Shutdown set 42.2V, Low batt to 45v and restart to 47V. Btw my comes cable is still in place. NB use at own risk but mine is work well, till I can deliver it to Hubble for repairs. Edited May 5, 2022 by Vaal Quote
Hendrik Roos Posted May 5, 2022 Author Posted May 5, 2022 Thanks. Hubble was at my home to test. Does not look like its the batteries.Looks like its the inverter. Did set to AGM V,still does not charge. Battling with Sunsynk now, inverter not even 2 months old. Will try your method tomorrow. Thanks Quote
werner.potgieter Posted May 5, 2022 Posted May 5, 2022 Great to know the AM-2' are all good! No firmware updates required on them? Quote

conzo Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 Good day, can the batteries be repaired as my batteries are no longer charging? The we purchased last year in May 2023, my solar is okay and the inverter. Voltage from solar cannot bypass because of batteries. Regards, Benjamin Quote
