New NUT driver for Axpert inveters - request for help in testing

Hi all,

I have created a PR for the NUT project at https://networkupstools.org to provide initial support for the Mecer Axpert inverters that use the P30 protocol.

The driver queries (almost) all the metrics provided by the inverter. I have not yet enabled any of the code that makes changes to the config of the inverter, as the machines I am able to test on are themselves powered by the inverter I have access to (long story), so don't want to pull carpet out from underneath myself.

I would appreciate it if I could get some eyes on the driver to test how it works for other people. It is currently producing comprehensive stats in Grafana for us, which is great. Would be good to have a comprehensive driver for the whole series of units.
