Hi, i have just installed a 12kw 3ph deye inverter with 3 x Hubble 5,5 kw batteries, the system is totally offgrid with no backup , as there was no cans cable i set it on V,and it works ok, i have received the cable and did the setting changes but i get a bms shutdown error after the reset, i turned off the bms alarm and it worked fine for about 8hrs then shut the system down. i put it back on voltage and its been working in that mode for a couple of days with no problem but i want it to operate correctly on lithium and get the optimum performance from the batteries, any tips will be appreciated because its driving me nuts

I have did the exact same installation and the same issue.

Will be able to talk you through it if you are at the inverter.

I, accidentally noted in the Sunynk 3 Phase manual page 66, that the 3P inverters are not designed for off grid. There is a way around it though, ill just go double check the exact settings and send it to you.
