MUST PV1800 VPM 3 KW inverter settings help

Hi all,

I'm new to this field & wants to setup PV system as my backup power source.

What I have are,
3 KW MUST Hybrid Inverter MPPT (PV1800 VPM 3000W) 24V
470W Solar panels 2 Nos (connected in Parelle)
12V 100Ah Lead Acid car batteries 2 Nos (Connected in series to get 24V) - Temporally until I buy Lifepo4

I would like to know the values for the following Inverter settings

1. Maximum charging current (Max charging current = Utility charging current + Solar charging current) - Options Range from 1A to 60A
2. Maximum Utility charging current - Options 20A or 30A
3. Bulk Charging Voltage (C.V. voltage) - Options Range from 24V to 29.2V
4. Floating Charging Voltage - Options Range from 24V to 29.2V
5. Low DC cut off battery voltage setting - Options Range from 20V to 24V
6. Battery stop discharging when grid is available - Options Range from 22V to 29V
7. Battery stop charging when grid is available - Options Range from 22V to 29V

Thanks in advance.

I suggest 20 A for both.

For the rest, I would use battery type = AGM, and/or defaults, until you get your LFP battery.

So that would be bulk = 28.2 V, float = 27.0, cut-off = 21.0 V, stop disch = 23.0 V, stop charge = 27.0 V.

Though with frequent load shedding, you might want to increase the cut-off voltage setting as high as it will go (24.0 V), if possible. That will limit run-time, but make the lead acid last longer.
