Isolation Data

I don't Don.  I don't have the system stable enough yet...

PS:  Suggestion for your PVO.  I see your tilt angle is set to 0 deg.  With the monster flyswatter you call a tracker I suggest you set it to the recommended angle for your location (average it out for the whole year).  I think your efficiency will then be more accurate.

Efficiency calculation does not use tilt to make the calculation(Daily production ÷ size of array). The units kWh/kW gives you a clue to how the calculation is derived.. Tilt (+ location and shading) affects the daily target (red dotted line on your daily graph). This target varies month to month and influences your PVOutput health calculation.

Hang on, you guys are talking about INSOLATION data, right?

Yes, I missed the "n" when I typed it or it is the keyboard. With this old keyboard anything is possible. I have a few sticky keys and the arrow keys are totally confused and one or two other keys not working either.

I am not sure I can do better that what the system provides or how to calculate estimates. I will just leave it for now. Thanks in any case.

@DonTalking about sticky keys...

I was a trainee tech at Tutuka Power Station back in the 80's, our senior tech took great pleasure in telling us what dummies we were and that he could train a circus monkey to do a better job in a few weeks.

One day while he was out of the office we opened his calculator and randomly swapped out the + - * / keys. On his return we asked him if he wouldn't mind helping us out with a complicated transformer calculation involving impedance matching, circulating currents and various other things that I no longer understand - it was the highlight of my short time at Eskom watching him repeat the calculations over & over, all the while getting more & more frustrated until eventually he slammed his calculator down on the table and stormed out:D

I remember a story from tech school, some teacher had a habbit of tossing a random tool in your direction while shouting "catch!", so you had to drop everything to catch the tool. The students got tired and one day they put a hammer in a gas flame while the teacher was out... and on his return tossed it to him while shouting the same trademark "catch!".

Couldn't sit for a few days... but he never tossed tools at them again.

There is an old story of someone at IBM who could only log in when he was seated at the keyboard. When standing up, he couldn't log in. It also turns out that two keys were swapped, and when he was seated he touch-typed, while he was standing he looked at the keys.
