I've just started receiving a fault 10 code on my 5kva SAcolar Inverter. This happened immediately when power tripped for loadshedding.

My Inverter has 4x 540W panels in series and a 4.8kwh Sunpays battery.

I've disconnected the load entirely and only tested with Panels only as well as battery only. Volts jump around like crazy.

Attached pic shows 148v from AC even though it's load shedding.

Any idea what could be causing this or does my Inverter need to be repaired?

Inverter is literally 3 months old only.

What is your AC input voltage range set to? Program code 03 if yours is the same as the Growatt program codes.
Default is APL (90-280VAC)

What happens if you disconnect the AC Input?

Program 03 was set to default. I dont recall changing it. The pic above was when AC was disconnected. When AC was plugged back in the Volt shot up to over 370V and started sparking. I disconnected the Inverter and am sending it back for repair/replacement.

If you stay at the coast stay away from sacolar or sun pays.

My mother board packed up because of moisture and did the same until a big spark.

Sun pays charged me R6000 because it not built to use in high humidity.

Get a sunsynk.
