Hi , I have been using ICC for 2 years monitoring my Axpert invertors, Hubble batteries and solar panels .

i recently noticed this Solar Assistant software and it looks intriguing .

any recommendations on which to use ( including functionality - eg . I often want to look back longer than the time the default charts show on dashboards , but have never found a way to do this with ICC

Also , do any of these have a way to monitor upcoming grid outages for loadshedding and optimize settings accordingly

We personally havent used ICC but have used Solar Assistant for the last couple of months and its been amazing.

Solar Assistant doesnt monitor upcoming outages unfortunately.
They were kiond enough to give us a 30 free trial. Perhaps pop them a mail and ask if they'd extend the offer to you as well.

We've been quite happy with it

Here are the standard time periods that can be selected for the charts

You can also set custom periods, although I have never used it so not sure how well it works
