SolarAssist Battery Level Wrong every 2x weeks (would Victron Smart Battery Sence help)

Im using SolarAssist on the emulated function to monitor my current battery levels but i keep getting a difference in battery level versus the actual batteries

System,

2x Mecer 5kw inverters

3x Revov 5,1 firstlife batteries

each inverter with 4000w panels

I have to reset correct, the battery levels every 2 - 3 weeks on the Sofware, the levels is always less on the SolarAsssist software as displayed on the Battery status gauges. Software show 45%, 3x batteries would read 95% full capacity.

Now this wrong reading let the inverter go over to eskom, because it think batteries near empty, that's why I have to correct the current battery level on the software.

I have tried all the cables and option on the software, but it does not communicate and I have to use the emulated option.

Would it be possible to use the Victron Smart Sence to communicate with solar assist to help with this battery level.

I paid a lot for the software, and did not know not work on my tope of revov batteries.

Any suggestion welcome.
