Posted January 3, 20232 yr Hi as per topic it seems that Sunsynk loaded the wrong firmware on my 8KW, should a new request for firmware correct below as now my inverter is no longer giving me any power as per other pic. How will I be able to expedite a request for them to fix as I did email them but have not received a response yet.
