Posted January 4, 20232 yr Hi can anyone assist with a brand new installation which seems that the batteries are not charging?🙏🙏🙏 sorry forgot to mention Sunsynk 8kva inverter with two 5.32 Sunsynk batteries what can I look for as fault? Edited January 4, 20232 yr by Chris.jmps To shortly
January 4, 20232 yr Hi @Chris.jmpscan you post pics of your installation setup & also can you post these two pages of your inverter.
January 4, 20232 yr To get to the 1st page listed above click on the battery icon on the main display of the inverter. The last page is found in battery setup page.
January 4, 20232 yr Ok great I got most of it, I just need one more page. The battery settings page the one before the battery charge page you posted.
January 4, 20232 yr Author The installation has no load only mains that is connected to grid input and the two batteries connected to and from the CAN ports there is a link from master to slave battery. I do not know why the voltage is 484v but when I measure with multimeter it measures 220v only live and Neutral is connected on the grid block and the most left port does not indicate that it should be earth. also the hertz is “0” ???

January 4, 20232 yr Ok in that case let's get the Grid settings page. That will tell us a lot. Something fishy on the grid settings page. Edited January 4, 20232 yr by Steve87
January 5, 20232 yr @Chris.jmps I see something your three lights at the top normal is off. Is your inverter switched on?
January 5, 20232 yr Author Hi this is the current state everything is now disconnected only the grid connection is on and still the voltage is 484 and the Hz is 0?
January 5, 20232 yr Please check the green button on the side is switch as your inverter is on stanby mode. The second thing please share a picture of your wiring on the inverter that is input and output of inverter. Regards
