Code 106? Error code? Thats unusual, havent heard of 106, not maybe F06?

Evening All, I restarted the Inverter, but a F09 error Code shows on the screen. I will return it to the suppliers, still under warrenty. Thanks

@Swanniegood your machine still under warranty, because most F09 errors suggest a number of IGBT faulty, and possibly some drivers and MOSFETs.

Hi all, I picked up my Inverter last week and connected  it with the other one in Parallel. Both are working fine, the left hand one shows a Flashing SL, I think thats for Slave, but the right hand one shows a Flashing F5, but I cant see the MASTER sign. I don't know if I miss something, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Heh. It's a limitation of displaying characters like M on a 7-segment display. They gave up and used HS instead, since their H looks more like an M than their actual M does.

Did you mean H5 (really HS)?

If it was a fault code, it would have two digits, e.g. F05.

Check your manual for whether it should be flashing or not. Usually flashing indicates a warning.

Edit: Hopefully you have the parallel cards installed (or they came with the inverter), the four cables, setting 28, etc. as per the manual.

Hallo All, The Code thats flashing on the Master is a HS, and according to the manual it indicates that's  the Master unit. Another problem that happens mostly at night, but also at day time, during load shedding is, the Slave switches off, and stays off until theirs Utility. Now, I do have my Setting 01 on SUB, 12 on 51V,  and 13 on 53V. My PV are only connected to my Master, can someone help please. Thanks

This could be a real technical one. Are you ready?

Turn the slave's power switch on.

If it has no charging sources and the power (really inverter/load) switch is off, then it turns off until there is a charge source (AC-in or solar).

Hopefully it has been tested and installed properly, because up to now, the slave will not have been contributing to the output, only to charging the battery. Unless my guesses are totally wrong.

Hi Coulomb, by switching off I mean its off, dead, with the on and off switch still in the on position. Then i have to switch it to the off position. and  then on again, to get it back to life. Thanks

A quick glance at the display firmware seems to indicate that flashing these codes is normal. Weird UI. So nothing to worry about there.

Ah, OK. That sounds like a weird firmware bug, but that's a wild guess. It can't be the switch or cable not plugged in, as switching it off and on again turns it back on. The firmware is presumably toggling the output that causes the unit to switch off, when it's supposed to be toggling something else. Or I suppose it could be a hardware glitch, perhaps a weak power supply not keeping its oscillator chip powered.

Hi All, I managed to get mine sorted out. The only thing that I have changed was to remove all neutrals from my main input neutral, because it is linked with the earth.( in my DP Box). So I linked the other ones together on a bus bar. It is working fine, and didn't trip after this. Thanks

Morning There, just to clarify the above post. It was the idea of a Qualified Electrician to do this. It worked for me. So If we are wrong, pleas tell me. Thanks
