Hi Everyone,

I have been doing some homework and calculations with regards to the maximum size solar panels a 5kw deye can accomodate.

According to the datasheet it has two MPPTs each capable of handling 11A.

Looking at the JA solar 460W panels and all the parameters, location etc its seems that the output current that these panels can produce might just be over 11A i.e 11.45A

Has any else used the 460W with a 5kw Deye/sunsynk?

It's not a problem if you go over the max current (Amp) since the inverter will simply clip it. You shouldn't exceed the maximum Volts though, ie. number of panels * panel Voc.
