vertical wind turbine - west coast

hi, happen to see this new house being constructed at britannica heights on the mountain ridge overlooking st helena bay on the west coast,  32°45'34.07"S  18° 0'9.69"E. note the massive [about 6m tall] wind turbine, also under construction. the turbine is part of the house. i presume the roof will be used as a rain catchment area. the elevation of the top floor should be about 140m above sea level, giving an uninterrupted 360 degree view - on a clear morning even table mountain should be visible
