deonholt
URGENT, PLEASE Hi and thanks for your help. We have been without power since last night 23:00. The daytime with the solar helped to charge the batteries and run the household. I have a small 3kVA generator with AVR. I had a "Fivestar" 3kVA inverter before this one and used the generator to charge the batteries through a changeover switch I installed. BUT, now my Sacolar inverter does not accept the generator as Mains supply. My batteries have 2V left and we will definitely not make ot through the night. We have already heard of criminal activities last night. Please advise me on what I need to do/set the inverter at to accept the supply of the inverter. the frequency is stable around 50Hz and the voltage around ±220. Please, please. Thanks. PsyWulf
"Stable" is relative, you might need to ramp your Mains charge amps down, and use something to spin up the generator load to get it stable at load, then change over and start increase your charge rate slowly Coulomb

I managed to find a setting where I could change the input to "gen". It immediately accepted the generator input.
