Is it recommended to put a single phase inverter on a 3 phase system

Hi everyone I would like to know if its a good idea to invest in a single phase inverter, whilst you got a 3 phase on your property. My problem is how would one feed the excess power assuming your panels are producing extra when your geyser and stoves are connected on a different phase how does it work?

Thanks in advance

The Sunsynk 3 phase inverter manages this automatically. I have three geysers - one on each phase and it spreads the load evenly.

So if each geyser is pulling 3kW and my panels are producing 6kW then each phase will get 2kW solar power and 1kw battery/eskom power
