Chetty
I have a DEYE 5kW inverter that is connected to 2 x X100 Hubble batteries. I have an ethernet cable connected between the inverter and the master battery and another one between the master and slave battery. Can this setup actually communicate between the battery BMS and the inverter or must the setting be for voltage based settings? I am reading mixed documents that seem to state that there is no CAN or 485 communication possible.
HendrikBigChief
You should be able to get comms up with RS485, just set your batteries to master pack and pack1 as the manual shows. One tip with Hubble batteries is to make sure they fully charge at least once a day. That keeps the voltage from drifting over time. Good luck. Chetty
What are pinouts for the RS485 cable that I would require for the communication between the inverter and the X100 batteries?
