Any end-of-life legislation will need to address existing and new panels and support the creation of a second-hand economy, Prof Majewski says.

There are so many valuables that gets decommisioned and disposed of by companies and authorities. Example, company that repair Axpert inverters only do so on board level. So an otherwise good board that has a small defect are disposed of. And their policy is strict, it needs toi be crushed and disposed of, they wont let you have it because of some kind of liability they have if you get injured because if it, or  it fails ungracefully. They want no trace.
