Does anybody have experience with Axpert inverters and Lithium batteries. Can they communicate with the batteries or do you need to set up manually eg charge and load cutoffs. The inverter has the Mecer name on it and was installed around 6 years ago, so probably a mark 1, the 5kW model. Which Lithium batteries do you recommend.

That is, choose option "USE" for setting 05, battery type.

The only ones that can communicate directly with the BMS are those with either the removable display, or the even newer round/colour display. It sounds like yours pre-dates these.
