Have a KODAK King Inverter OG-Plus 5.48 that used to be paired with one Hubble AM2. Worked perfectly for 6 months. Yesterday upgraded to the Hubble AM5 (gave the AM2 to a family member) and now have a weird issue.

Changed the the following in the settings on the inverter as per the Hubble recommendations (website) for Kodak Inverters

Program 02 - Max Charge Current - 30A
Program 26 - Bulk Charge Voltage - 55.2V
Program 27 - Float Charge Voltage - 55.2V
Program 29 - Low DC CutOff - 47V

Battery charges fine and stops charging when full (without a LOAD connected). The moment I add the LOAD (with mains ON) it wants to charge the battery again even-though its full.
Battery voltage reading on the inverter jumps around whereas it does not when I removed the load. Also lights in the house start to flicker. Then I switch the MAIN supply to the inverter off with the LOAD connected and all is fine. Switch the MAIN supply to inverter back on and same thing happens.

Should I be making any adjustments to the following:
Program 12 - Voltage Point Back to Utility - ?
Program 13 - Voltage Point Back to Battery - ?

Yes try 12=49V and 13=52V

With use you will find what suits you.
