What is this discoloration on my panel?

My installer unboxed my panels today, and the top one from the stack had this discoloration on it. Any idea what it is, and will it affect the output from the panel?

The panel is a Sunpower Maxeon 3 400w.

If it's an issue, I wonder if it could be a warranty claim?

Never seen that before - did a wipe down help? If not then try get it replaced

Looks kind of like a delimitation of the top layer? Similar to the clear coat on a car that peels...

Looks like a bonding issue between the layers. Surely that is a manufacturing fault and should be replaced.
