Hello Power Forum, I am facing a communication problem between Pylontch US3000C and SMA Sunny Island 8.0H_V11. According to manual, we have to use the RJ45 pins as the pic attached. The Sunny Island uses CAN protocol. So, my question is that we should use the left column of the pic, at both battery and inverter slots? And what about Pin7 and Pin8? Do we keep them NULL?

Thank you so much in advance for any guidance..

Use 4,5 and 6 on the battery end and look at your SMA instructions for the inverter end. (4,5,2 going from memory)

Thank you for your response..attached the pic with the pins from the SMA instructions, it's as you remember..

But what is pin 3 (SYNC_H) and pin 6 (SYNC_L)? Should i connect anything more to the corresponding pins at the battery side?
