I had the same question a year ago. Harvey tile make a specific bracket. I think it's pricey for what it is but wow they work perfectly and extremely simple to install. You don't drill holes into your tiles so there's no water sealing issues. I got mine off take a lot.

HarveyTile - Harvey Tile Solar Brackets - 16 Pack

For the rails and clamps I went with the rails and mounts from ARB. pricing is good and very simple to install

Hello everyone. I need some advice, please. What type of clamps and rails can be used on a Harvey tile roof? Thank you.

MacSteel is the manufacturer of Harvey tiles. I have bought mine directly from factory in Benoni. But I see you can even get them from takealot.

Contact Macsteel and ask them what railing is recommended.

There is a few extra technical aspects to consider when fixing rails to Harvey tiles. Below is link that you can look at from powerhouse they are a sub division of Macsteel and have many branches throughout SA. Use an installer that have some experience with fitting solar panels to Harvey tile roofs.
