If the fuse at the bottom is the incoming to the old turn meter then the CT direction is wrong. When no battery activated you must have grid available to the inverter for it to work. In your case with no grid shown on prepaid meter the inverter cannot work and it could be that the prepaid went into tamper mode. Not sure how the meters indicate tamper mode. There is a specific startup procedure in the Sunsynk manual, i would suggest your sparkie familiarize himself with the content! Power on Sequence: 1. Switch on AC 2. Press Start Button 3.
