I request an update from deye services section for my device with the parameters:

HMI: c353

Main_1: 3367

Main_2: 1515

They send me a notification as shown in attachment.

But unfortunately the made an update in 16.06.2024 at night, while there are no electricity and my battery 30% at the morning i found my device out of service and has an new software with the parameters:

HMI: c36E

Main_1: 1400

Main_2: 0017

And not detected solar or battery.

As shown in 2nd, 3rd attachments.

The send me the software to upgrade it locally but nothing changes.

The two file:

MCU1-SG-ver0000-C36E-CK.bin

SG_5K_MCU2_V3386-NR.bin

I need help urgently.

Based on pics 2 and 3 - seems the inverter is not switched on, as there is no indicator light showing for NORMAL. Also the most obvious one is the “OFF” indicator.

It may be off but perhaps follow the shut down process and then complete a startup sequence.

This is my sequence for Sunsynk shutdow and startup:

Shutdown process:

1. Flip the Change Over Switch to Grid (In the Combiner Box - To power the house from the Grid and bypass the system)

2. Flip the Inverter breakers Off in the DB Combiner Box

3. Flip the PV (DC) Isolator on each Inverter Off

4. Press the On/Off button on the Inverter to turn Off (Takes about 60-90sec for the inverter to turn off completely)

5. Flip the breaker/s on the battery to Off

Startup process:

1. Flip the battery breaker/s to On

2. Flip the Inverter breakers on DB Combiner Box to On

3. Press the On/Off button on the Inverter to turn On

4. Flip the PV (DC) Isolator on each Inverter On

(WAIT for the system to startup and Normalize, at this point you will see the DC(if during the day and you have panels) and AC lights. The NORMAL light can take 60-120sec to illuminate you will hear the relays when this happens.)

5. Once you see the NORMAL light you can now flip the Change Over Switch to Inverter for the system to pick up the load.
