deemokhan
Hello. Can anyone help me please to sort out a solution for hybrid inverter? My infinisolar 10kw hybrid system is configured as grid-tie with backup. Problem is it doesnt exceeds from 2000-3000watts grid feeding daily. As we have net-metering/bi-directional meter system to export units. My system doesn't generate enough units to export although its a 10kw system. There's no problem with generation because when load is applied it generates accordingly. Our residential load is not more than 25% daily usage. I have checked each and every forum for a solution but couldn't find any. Kindly help what should be done? facing issues in watchpower software too. If you refer to the specifications you will see it is rated to a maximum of 14.5A 3.3kW @ 230V in hybrid or back up mode. PV input and battery charging is rated at above 10kW. They have a very weird way of rating it as a 10kW inverter. Edited August 4 by Scorp007
deemokhan
Yeah unfortunately didn't know that because there's nothing mention in user manual that they are limited to 3.3kw in grid feeding mode. They had just mention 14.5A per phase.

deemokhan
Yes, it is a three phase hybrid inverter. There's a limitation on it I guess because I have checked it through solarpower & watchpower softwares, unfortunately there isn't any settings regarding grid feeding the only thing is grid feeding calibration & it's value doesn't exceeds from 1000 watts per phase. After applying settings the next time I get login the changes are reverted. I don't know if there's an issue in a firmware or configuration softwares. I tried to install firmware which is available in one of a link in Czech language but couldn't get it installed successfully bcoz it keeps on displaying com is open. deemokhan
Yeah. I had applied factory password, the settings were changed but when I checked it after 24 hours the settings were reversed, maybe there's a bug in software. The factory password for all voltronics powered inverters is: zAxE12_ObB8ya
