Luxpower sna5000 battery charging and Discharge settings

Hi all,

My Luxpower SNA5000 inverter is working well, but I noticed that with good PV input voltage, the batteries are also feeding into the utility. During load shedding times, it sometimes runs out of power.

I need the best settings for the battery to charge by PV and stay on standby until load shedding hours.

Please assist me with some settings. I will be thankful.

Show us a graph of the grid use, battery SOC, load and PV for say a whole day.

Hi all.

I hope you are all well.

I too have this issue. I have 2 greenrich batteries and 2 sna5000's.

This worked perfectly for a while and then all of a sudden I found this issue.

I know luxpower had quite a fee updates so I'm wondering if there is a new setting that needs to be updated.

I can see in my monitoring app thay the battery is discharging and if I reduce the load by switching off the heat pump and pool pump it reduces the pv power draw and still continue to discharge the battery. If I switch the loads back on, it will draw from the pv but still continue to discharge the battery.

Any help would be great.

Thank you
