Minimum Solar Setup to Power Geepas 2000W Digital Infrared Cooker

Hello PowerForum community,

I'm looking to power a Geepas GIC6920NV digital infrared cooker with a maximum power rating of 2000W. My goal is to find the minimum solar panel setup that can reliably run this cooker during the day.

The key details of my system are:

Inverter: Mustpower PV18-3024 (3000W continuous, 6000W peak)
Battery Bank: 2 x 200Ah 12V GSB Gel batteries (400Ah total)
Solar Panels: Looking to minimize the number of panels needed
My questions are:

1. What is the minimum number of solar panels I would need to reliably power the 2000W cooker during the day?
2. What size/wattage solar panels would you recommend to keep the system as compact and cost-effective as possible?
3. Are there any other components or considerations I should keep in mind to ensure a stable and efficient solar power setup for this application?

I'm working within a limited budget, so I'm hoping to find the most cost-effective solar solution that can still handle the power requirements of the Geepas digital infrared cooker.
Any guidance from the PowerForum community would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help!
