Mimi
Hy, I have Deye SUN-6k-SG03Lp1-Eu with Battery ZTE r311. Battery ia not detected. Cable betwen inverter and battery: pin 1 from battery to pin 2 inverter, pin 2 battery to pin 1 inverter, shunt betwen pin 3 and 8 on battery side. Cable is conected on port out on battery and rs485/bms on inverter. in advanced function on inverted i selected slave with Modbus Sn 01, Battery mode lithium, Lithium mode 12. Can you help me

Can you help me For RS485, I believe you need to connect pins 7 & 8 straight. For CAN, I believe it is pins 4 & 5 straight. Also ensure no other pins are connected as they can cause interference. The wires need to be twisted, for example use orange and orange-white wires that are twisted together

A twisted pair will reduce interference.

A twisted pair will reduce interference. I try but not work. On zte r311 pin 1 is A and pin 2 Is B, pin 3 is conected with pin 7 on battery side. On original comunication cable with pc is same. So i made same cable on batery side and on iverter side i put pin 7 for A and 8 for B. Batery pin 1 to inverter pin 7, battery pin 2 to inverter pin 8. On battery sife cable is conected on port In and Resistence (original resistence from zte) on port out. Also, in deye inverter i have this setup: Battery settings: lithium mode 12, batery mode lithium. Advanced function: Modbus sn 01 and slave. With same pins on batery side, batery is visible in pc bms tool. It is posible to be address? In bms tool batery have address 01 like modbus sn. In deye inverter cant put modbus sn 00 Edited September 13 by Mimi
