No app displays info about load from EASUN Igrid SV IV 5.6kW

As in subject, already check on 3 android apps: WatchPower, SolarPower and Energy-Mate.

They all display all info except output load connected to EASUN Igrid SV IV 5.6kW.

I can see this info directly on inverter and on Windows version of SolarPower app.

 

Any idea?
