Please, I want a solution to my problem of connecting a Felicity lithium battery to invertar 5 kw voltronic. The device showed error 61. Does the device need software?

Voltronic/Kodak/RTC Inverter

• 1. Prepare a communication cable: you can make it yourself, the pin out of the cable is 5,6(Battery)→3,5(Inverter)
• 2. Plug one side(pin 1,2) of the communication cable on BMS port on these brand inverter, plug the other side of the communication cable(namely pin 5,6) on any communication port on Felicitysolar battery.
• 3. Setting steps on inverter: Setting→14→PYL.
• 4. Sign of successful communication: Can check the battery SOC on inverter

I did everything mentioned but to no avail but I think the inverter version is old and needs to be updated and needs software

Couldn't help but notice the contradiction between point 1 & 2. 

Which pins exactly on the Inverter side? 3,5 or 1,2?
