After paying lots of money to take up ABSA's solar solution, it has been nothing but 6 weeks of misery. The circuits trip on most days and this weekend we have lost use of all plugs, after yet another attempt to fix this. The fridge has been damaged twice and the sound system once. The worst part is realizing that I've paid so much money to be in a far worse situation Than I ever was with Eskom alone.

ABSA and Eco-Navitas have no clue what's happening. I now want a full refund and costs for fridge repairs.

James, the MD, has now been paying personal attention to the resolution of the matter. Eco-Navitas have also facilitated the attendance of an independent expert at their cost. Most of the problems are now resolved and it is becoming clearer that the problems may have their Genesis before installation of the

PV solution. All issues should be resolved in the coming week, and the delay is not of a Eco-Navitas's making.

Ouch. One would really appreciate when a large corporate puts their weight behind solar, that everything will go smooth.

Please confirm what has been the outcome of the intervention. Did they make up for all the issues and damages caused?
