Posted October 9, 20195 yr Dear all valuable members, I have a MKS 5 kva inverter. It was running fine and I switch off the outlet power in the night with 3 cell battery showing. Unit turned off after few seconds as it is normal with no solar power and outlet ac power switched off. But in the morning around 8 am with shinning sun . I found that inverter is still in off with running fan. No display, no light indication, no buzzer sound, only fan running. When I switched on the ac outlet power from the inverter, nothing happened, only fan running. I need your valuable feedback. Regards, Edited October 9, 20195 yr by Sarfraz Clear the mistakes

If that is the case, the only way to get the inverter back on is to get the voltage above that setpoint. If you have Pylontechs. the batteries might have switched off when it saw nothing happening from the inverter side. If you have Pylontechs, just switch them all off and on again, then press the red button on the Main battery, that should ensure voltage on the battery connectors and might bring the inverter back on. Hope you find a solution quick.

We have checked with multimeter, voltages are ok for both batteries bank.

Can you tell us exactly what model it is? Or a photo of the bar-code sticker on the side if you're not sure. I assume by "switched on the AC outlet power" you mean the rocker switch at the bottom of the unit? You mention two batteries; are the paralleled? When you say "3 cell battery showing" are you referring to the battery "bar chart" on the inverter's LC Display? What voltage do you have in setting 29 (Low DC cut-off voltage)?

I had the same problem with a offgrid axpert . I connected the inverter to the grid to see if it will charge the batteries . As soon as the AC was switched I heard a relay switch and everything was back to normal .
